How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Surgerysomeone Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Surgerysomeone Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Surgerysomeone Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@surgerysomeone.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Disagree
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
